As from Monday 18th July 2011 you can find us at our new premises at the Ashford Gateway Plus. Come and visit us on the 2nd floor where we will continue to offer a wide range of services to both visitors and residents alike, including:

Outside of these hours customers will be able to access a limited number of tourism services via the Ashford Borough Council Customer Service advisors on the ground floor.
Tenterden TIC
The TIC at Tenterden has moved to exciting new premises, and is now located within the Gateway in the High Street. The TIC services are now available all year round rather than the previous seasonal only arrangement, and include an accommodation booking service, information and advice on places to visit and forthcoming events and a good range of souvenirs, maps and walking and cycling publications.
